Where to Shop

Whether you are a super shopper or just browsing, look around at the Anna Maria Island and Cortez Village shops and you will no doubt find a treasure or two. Exclusive, one of a kind shops and boutiques cater to a wide range of shopping pleasures.

From shell shops, jewelry, furnishing, accessories, clothing and handmade items to hardware, swimming and kayaking equipment and more, shopping is a unique experience on Anna Maria Island.

Souvenirs to beach wear, gifts for the family and friends back home, or a special present just for you – you can find so many items to select from.

Blow out a flip flop or need more sunscreen? How about a soothing, relaxing spa candle, a whimsical tea towel, or a sign or t-shirt to remind you of the beach?

Each city has its own shopping area and each one has a unique and distinctive flair. Stroll along Pine Avenue or Gulf Drive in Anna Maria, walk Bridge Street and beyond in Bradenton Beach, step back in time in Cortez Village or take in the several shopping areas in Holmes Beach. Make a day of it and ride the free trolley from one shopping district to the next. Hop off, browse, and hop back on to explore the next shopping area. Drive the short distance across the bridge, and visit the Cortez Village shops.

Larger shopping areas are not too far away, if you are so inclined. In fact, you may want to consider bringing along an extra piece of luggage or two. You never know what kind of treasures you might find.
