Seafood Shack Marina, Bar & Grill
The Florida Maritime Museum is known for lectures. Every month during season seats are consistently filled, to the point where we often have to turn people away.
To expand on this success the Friends of the Florida Maritime Museum, with the help of the Bradenton Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, will be bringing Pulitzer Prize winning author, Jack Davis, of The Gulf, The Making of an American Sea to our area on March 14th, 2019.
This event will be a fundraiser for the Friends of the Florida Maritime Museum. The intent is to promote the museum, educate our communities, and appreciate the environmental haven that makes up our economy and way of life.
There will be a dinner, an author talk, a silent auction as well as a live music at The Seafood Shack located at 4110 127th St W in Cortez, FL 34215.
